We just celebrated our 30th year. However we’ve decided to remain 29, which is old enough to stop chasing trends, but young enough to keep things fresh.

After 30 years, our style remains uncontrived and timeless. We insist on taking the extra time to create soft, warm, dimensional lighting.  Maybe that’s why people often confuse our portraits with paintings.  Thousands of families have trusted us to make portraits that will not go out of style, and become collectable art. Portraits that will still look beautiful after let’s say… 19 years.

Todd Hicken

Todd Hicken of IMPACT photography in Heber City Utah has earned the Master of Photography degree from Professional Photographers of America.  The degree was presented to Todd by PPA President Jack Reznicki during the association’s annual awards and degree ceremony on January 8, 2008 at Imaging USA.
Todd was one of two photographers in Utah to recieve his degree this year

Todd hicken has met the standards of excellence set by PPA, for the degree is earned by fulfilling educational requirements and achieving high levels of success in PPA’s International Print Competition. In addition, such a degree requires recipiant to demonstrated superior photographic competence and service to the profession. Nominations also must be presented to the PPA Board and approved by the PPA Council.
